So I see this building everyday and Its not changed in 6 months. Left unfinished it looks beautiful. It will probably go the way of all developments of a similar type and be reduced to something unfortunately bland, but left in concrete without cables and partitions its a thing of elegance. All it needs is a crimson curtain on each floor; a gap of 12 inches between curtain and slab. Seeing as this is unlikely to happen I will continue to enjoy its current stasis; a bright spark of untreated concrete slowly prepared with marks and hieroglyphs for future appendages. Shame.
