The album, a sort of meditation on man, technology and nature, flows between Henry Ford, Aleister Crowley, Andre Breton, and Werner Herzog’s Fitzcarraldo. Its a beautiful album dripping with images of a utopian auto-pia and a forest loosing its lifeblood through the death of forest god Pan, the death of Paganism and the onset of technology.
